The French standardization committees managed by BN ACIER
BN ACIER is responsible of the management of the French standardization committees which depend on their field of competence. This management particularly includes :
- The creation of these committees after AFNOR’s agreement,
- the convenorship of these committees.
All the technical standardization work is carried out in these committees, eventually extended in the case of examination of the results of a public enquiry. This work includes, in particular :
- the preparation and the drafting of the draft French standards,
- the laying down of the national position for European and International works.
The following table gives the list of the French standardization committees convened by BN ACIER, with their code, title and indicates the European and/or International technical committees of which they are eventually the mirror-commission, and, the BN ACIER engineers in charge of their convenorship.
